Sales Enhancements

View opportunities created in the system in a kanban view, search & shortlist by sales team members. The new sales overview page shows a summary grid of sales by users that helps track progress and easy review by management on a single screen. Webrino allows you to now associate employee expense directly with opportunities to identify costs involved on a per opportunity basis.

Accounting & India GST

Automatically generate multi-currency accounting entries such as Vouchers & Ledgers based on your day-to-day business activities of issuing invoices, recording payments, processing returns etc. Provide privileges to your accounts department to reconcile bank statements and access, create, modify, delete or approve vouchers. Generate standalone or consolidated accounting reports such as Balance Sheets, P&L Statement & Cashflow statement for individual branches or your entire business operation.

For businesses that have operations in India, Webrino supports the India GST tax system module. Generate PDF documents using a format approved by the GST council for all entities in Webrino: Quotations, Orders & Invoices.

Webrino on your Smartphone

Webrino is now mobile! We have released version 1.0 of the mobile app for iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android (v4.0 and up). It is available for download on the App Store and on Google Play. You must use your regular username & password along with your Secure Application ID to login. Your Secure Application ID is what appears in the Web App URL after (Eg: on the Application ID is demo).

AJAX line item addition

Webrino now uses AJAX form updates for adding line items to entities such as enquiries, quotations, orders and invoices. Instead of a full page refresh, just the line items table is updated when new items are added to the entity. Speed up work flows when adding many line items to the same entity by having the UI update faster.

Customized & Personalized PDFs

Webrino now includes support for adding your signature to PDFs. Scan your signature from a sheet of paper, remove the white background and make it transparent to save it as a PNG file. Log into Webrino, visit your account area and scroll down to add your signature. Once your signature is added, the next time you generate a PDF, see the output automatically using your signature image in the signature area of the PDF file.

You can always customize this and remove the signature if you do not want automatic signing of your PDFs. Similar to the signature on a per user basis, Webrino also allows you to automatically add your company seal to the generated PDF. Get in touch with our support staff to learn how.

Introducing Webrino Tradeboard

Webrino is now equipped with a one-stop-view for trading organizations. Called the Webrino Tradeboard, management in trading organizations can have a real-time view of all the trading activity going on. With universal numbering, the purchase side and sales side of any business document - be it an enquiry, quotation, order or an invoice - can be tracked easily. Profit margins are displayed right on the tradeboard when sales quotations can automatically be created by effortlessly combining multiple purchase quotations received as a result of RFQs floated. Send secure links to vendors to electronically submit their purchase quotations so that data is available in Webrino the instant you need it.
